According to Greek myth, Pisces represents the fish into which Aphrodite (Venus) and her son Eros (Cupid) transformed in order to escape from the monster Typhon. Source
Now that explanation there ought to explain why that hair looks so familiar I used Botticelli's Birth of Venus as a reference for the hair. I remember always loving that painting and I was always mesmerized by the hair. So here is my meek tribute to such a beautiful work of art.
Materials: 300gsm watercolour paper, Van Gogh watercolours and black and white pen.
Edit: I updated the image cause I finally managed to find time to take a decent photo with proper lighting
